Welcome Parents and Students!


Thank you for your interest in St. Sebastian Catholic Academy.  We welcome you and are pleased that you are considering joining us for the upcoming Academic year.  Please visit our website to get acquainted with our school and staff. Tuition and fees for 2021-22 are listed on the tuition and fees link.

Registration for Admission and Enrollment of new students will be available February 1st.  All forms, documents, and fees will be required before registration is complete.

Students entering – Nursery and Kindergarten to Grade 7

Returning Pre-Kindergarten For All Students will complete a reregistration form sent home in your child’s folder. When our tuition platform is open we will contact you to create an account and setup your tuition payment plan.

Proof of guardianship (if applicable)

Up to date Immunization Record


             Reminder: Age 11=TDAP booster and Meningococcal vaccine.                     

Under age 5=mandatory flu shot by Dec. 31st


Physical Exam Form (due by September)

All new students are required by the Board of Health to have a complete physical examination before entering school.  A copy of the results of this examination must be filed with the school before a student will be permitted to attend classes as mandated by the NO SHOTS – NO SCHOOL POLICY. Application is complete, only, when all information requested is entered,  payment of the non-refundable registration fee of $175.00 per student – $225.00 per family, is paid to the academy by check or money order.

In the Spring,  we will contact you to set up an interview with you and your child/children.  After the interview and receipt of the final report card, you will be instructed to set up a tuition payment plan on FACTS.  Your first tuition payment is due in August based on your tuition plan date. Tuition Assistance

You may be eligible for partial tuition assistance for the upcoming school year.  Applications are now available online at FACTS, the new vendor for Futures in Education.  There is a $35 non-refundable application fee.  New applicants have until April 30, 2021 to apply for assistance.


St. Sebastian will be adopting FACTS to process tuition and fee payments.  Tuition Plans must be completed by the end of June. Payment plan and mode of payment must be set up and the first installment of tuition must be paid through FACTS by August.  Notices of payment due will be sent to you via email or mail, whichever you choose.
