Registration for Admission and Enrollment of new students will be available through TADS beginning January 28th. To begin the process click on the button below:
Students entering – Nursery and Kindergarten to Grade 7
Returning Pre-Kindergarten For All Students that did not attend Nursery at St. Sebastian must create a new account on TADS. (If your child attended Nursery at SSCA, then you can enroll using your TADS account)

To begin the Admissions process:
- Go to TADS.com
- Select the YELLOW tab for Admissions and Enrollment
- Create a FAMILY account – email address and create password
- Use set up code: A7RNU-WK7
- Enter all information correctly and completely. This is STEP 1 of a 2 STEP process.
- Completion of Step 1 alerts the Academy for request for admissions. Academy will ACCEPT and send letter and information regarding STEP 2.
- Step 2 is important because the information entered here will be used for all our records at the Academy. Please include information for both parents and/or guardian when possible. All questions must be answered and registration fee paid online.
Upload the required documents directly to TADS:

Baptismal Certificate (if child is baptized Catholic)
Up to date Immunization Record
Physical Exam Form (due by September)
All new students are required by the Board of Health to have a complete physical examination before entering school. A copy of the results of this examination must be filed with the school before a student will be permitted to attend classes as mandated by the NO SHOTS – NO SCHOOL POLICY. Get form here.

Application/s is complete, only, when all information requested is entered, payment of the non-refundable registration fee of $150.00 per student – $200.00 per family, is paid online and all required documents are uploaded. Remember to repeat this process for additional new students. (You do not need to create a new account for each student)
In May, we will contact you to set up an interview with you and your child/children. After the interview and receipt of the final report card, you will be instructed to set up a tuition agreement on TADS for the 2019-2020 academic year. Your first tuition payment is due not later than July 15th. Tuition information under separate cover.

You may be eligible for partial tuition assistance for the upcoming school year. Applications are now available online at FACTS, the new vendor for Futures in Education. There is a $30 non-refundable application fee. New applicants have until April 29, 2019 to apply for assistance.
St. Sebastian uses TADS for processing tuition and fee payments. Agreements must be completed by the end of June. Payment plan and mode of payment must be set up and the first installment of tuition must be paid through TADS by July 15th. Notices of payment due will be sent to you via email or mail, whichever you choose.
